Our Physical Therapists are responsible for supporting both our Inpatients and Outpatients. Our clinic serves a diverse population and sees all types and ages of patients.

We are a non-profit, 20-bed Critical Access Hospital which includes, a Rural Health Clinic, a 50-bed Long Term Care Unit, a 17-bed Assisted Living Facility, and on-site Daycare. We are proud to offer quality care and technological advances with state-of-the-art equipment throughout the facility, that you may otherwise not find in a rural setting.
The local area offers many amenities including, hunting, fishing and golfing, with Nebraska’s largest lake within 30 miles.
As a Physical Therapist you need to know how to:
Conduct physical therapy evaluations, program planning and treatments for hospital inpatients and outpatients.
Participate in patient education, department budget and equipment planning, program development and department charting, charging, and scheduling activities.
Work independently with limited supervision.
We hire people, not resumes. However, we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
Graduation with a minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy. DPT preferred; new graduates welcome.
Must have an active or ability to obtain an active Nebraska License in Physical Therapy.
BLS certification required (CPR)
Ability to interact with people of all ages; therefore, the employee must have excellent communication skills.
