Facility Profile: Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,107-bed AdventHealth Orlando, serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America. AdventHealth Orlando houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country. We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year. Department Profile: AdventHealth Sports Medicine and Rehab has 19 outpatient locations throughout Central Florida. Our Pelvic Health & Rehab center is seeking a Women’s Health Physical Therapist who is passionate about caring for diverse patients in an outpatient setting. This highly engaged team offers a culture of fellowship and mentorship and often strive for specialty certification. Therapists foster relationships with our referring physicians, educate our community, and promote direct access physical therapy. We have a loyal patient base from years of excellent customer service and strive to accommodate our patients with appointment availability M-F 6am to 6pm. We are committed to continuing education, tracking our treatment outcomes and strive to be the finest clinicians in the Central Florida market. We provide physical therapy for women, men, and children with pelvic specific conditions. In addition, our clinic offers lymphedema management and massage services. $5000 sign-on bonus available for those who qualify. Work Hours/Shifts: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm Job Summary: The Physical Therapist – Outpatient FT provides direct and indirect services to specific age groups in the outpatient rehabilitation settings. Utilizes process improvement in achieving the goals of the Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine Department. Accepts the responsibility to practice autonomously and collaboratively in all practice environments to provide best practice to the patient/client. Autonomous practice is characterized by independent, self-determined, professional judgment and action. Adheres to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies, and accrediting bodies. May supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, technical aides, volunteers, and interns. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Knowledge, Skills, Education, & Experience Required:
