Directly accountable for supply chain logistics activity for MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center and Miller Women's and Children's Hospital as it relates to procurement and management of centralized inventory and Periop Inventory, Low Unit of Measure program support for all areas within the campus, and all receiving and distribution activity and mail room functions. Direct management of Central Supply, OR Supply and Receiving Supervisors.
At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare supply chain.
BS or BA degree in Business, Supply Chain or related science preferred.
Central Supply Certification preferred.
Knowledge of TJC, OSHA, CDPH, DHS and Title 22 regulations preferred.
Management experience in union environment required.
