As an Insurance Verifier responsibilities include accurately verifying insurance eligibility, benefits and authorizations for all patient types, reviewing and correcting billing information prior to the bill printing. Responsible for accurately documenting into the patient account and communicates problematic accounts to department director.
Education High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer knowledge. Prefer additional languages. One year of hospital experience
