VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) has a need for an experienced Physical Therapist to provide community-based rehabilitation in the home environment within surrounding counties of VAPHS. Incumbent completes assessments and treatments to include but not limited to Home Based Primary Care(HBPC) Program, home safety and/or mobility equipment assessments. This incumbent is required to travel as needed for clinical duties in home.
