Summary

Customer Service Associate Greets HealthLink Members, Physical Therapy Patients, and guests. Customer Service Associate Carries responsibility for the marketing and sales of HealthLink services to multiple target audiences and participates in retention programs with Supervisor Customer Service and Fitness Supervisor. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Education

Required: High school diploma or GED

Experience

Required: minimum of 6 months related experience and/or training

Certifications

Required: CPR
