| We are looking for a boarded PC/SM physician to help us expand our practice in Jacksonville, Florida. We are physician owned and led, practicing a blend of primary care and sports medicine. We provide full-spectrum care to our patients, including in-house x-ray, ultrasound, stress-testing, therapy, sports performance testing, and primary care procedures. Our practice is unique in that we have an onsite wellness and performance center, where our patients can engage in a comprehensive lifestyle medicine program, or strive to new heights with our whole-istic sports performance program.
