About the Role:
As Vice President of Client Management, you will be responsible for all strategic planning, implementation of growth initiatives, and overall success of each of Ring2Media’s treasured clients. Success will be measured by growth rate of accounts; in terms of both Overall Revenue and scope of services. The ability to understand and succinctly communicate our data-driven business model and value-add is an absolute must. The right candidate will have the ability to demonstrate through written and verbal communication that they are a persuasive, energetic, disciplined independent thinker with proven ability to earn and retain a “seat at the table” while effectively facilitating forward-thinking discussions with the executive leadership of an organization. Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Close coordination with Ring2Media’s Data Science team to gain a deep understanding of each client’s Return on Ad Spend targets, historical performance, and strengths/weaknesses with the goal of identifying growth opportunities
Design and pitch, using both written proposal materials and verbal communication, campaign growth opportunities and new strategic initiatives in order to create new Revenue opportunities within the existing client base
Lead “results deep dive” sessions with clients via weekly Client Strategy Calls, present opportunities for campaign optimization and continuous improvement
Build relationships inside client organizations to identify the plethora of incremental opportunities that require a leader to coordinate the strategy and execution.
