Follows physicians through his or her work day and charts patient encounters in real-time using a medical office's Electronic Health Records and existing templates.
Chart patient encounters in real-time during office visits.
Reviews documentation to determine accuracy.
Manage and sort medical documents in the EMR.
Generate referral letters for physicians.
Assist physician with e-Scribing.
Assist with other office functions as needed.
Required: High School Diploma/GED required. Must be certified as a Medical Scribe or Certified Medical Assistant
Preferred: 1 year of college.
Preferred: Familiarity with medical terminology.
