St. Luke's Health System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their patient focused and highly collegial OP Rehabilitation team in Nampa, Idaho. The selected individual will be working alogside 2 physicians and one other APP in a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, dietiticians and more. This position will be providing oversite and supervision to cardiopulminary rehab patients, seeing them individually and in a shared medical care capacity. The Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) is responsible for providing high-quality healthcare through the diagnosis and treatment of patients with conditions ranging from mild, to acute and/or chronic.
