Occupational Therapy Manager
As the Occupational Therapy Program Manager, you will direct the clinical aspects of daily operations and provide expertise in the clinical setting at both the Newark and Wilmington campuses. You will oversee the acute care services at Newark and Wilmington and the acute rehabilitation unit at Wilmington Hospital. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handles responsibility for daily clinical operations of the Occupational Therapy Department. Oversees clinical work assignments to ensure that all referred patients are scheduled, evaluated and treated in an appropriate and timely manner. Handles responsibility for monitoring the quality and quantity of patient treatment. Is an active participant in the Quality Improvement process.
