Hudson Valley Hospice is looking for a motivated, boots on the ground Vice President to head our Patient Access department, which encompasses referrals, liaisons and admissions. You will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer, CEO, along with the Executive Staff. This is an office based position, working from the Poughkeepsie office.  The Vice President will provide oversight and management of direct reports of the Referral Center, Admissions Team, Liaison Team, and Director of Provider Relations. Oversees the operations of the Palliative Care program. Responsible for ensuring staff utilize best practice and evidence-based guidelines, exercise best judgement and advocate for beneficiaries’ right to optimally access their hospice benefit.
