We've also established a career framework for CNAs and Unit Secretaries with clear paths to encourage career development into nursing and a wide range of roles. In this role you will provide direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. You will assists the healthcare team in coordinating, prioritizing and communicating patient, physician and staff needs.  What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Six months previous CNA experience, preferred* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English* Basic computer skills* Previous nursing unit secretary or medical office experience, preferred* High School Diploma or GED * Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program preferred * Current state CNA license for applicable state of employment required* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association requiredShift: Part time (Nights)  Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
