Nemours Children's Health Pensacola is seeking Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers to staff at Studer Family Children's Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart.

Essential Functions:

• Manages and provides care for pediatric patients.
• Conducts parent interviews and takes family history.
• Collaborates with orthopedic surgeon concerning pertinent historical events and physical findings.
• Initiates referrals and maintains health records in the inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
• Participates in meeting goals of the department.
• Completes timely documentation as required by departmental policy and Nemours standards.
• Participates in daily rounds.
• On-call required.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Physician Assistant program accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation. Active license as a Physician Assistant in the State of Florida

OR

• Active Advanced Practice Nurse Licensure/Physician Assistant Licensure, with or without prescriptive authority
• Current AHA BLS
• Experience working in Orthopedics preferred
